While developing and dyno-testing the "SSI-Series" intake manifold for the 1986-93 5.0L Mustang, BBK Performance engineers found that the small steel factory fuel rails left much to be desired. This resulted in the development of BBK's current high-flow aluminum fuel rails that are included in many of their performance intake manifolds as standard equipment.
While developing these fuel rails - BBK's team also made sure that these units would work stock or other aftermarket manifolds so enthusiasts could get the same great performance and value that they deliver. Built from lightweight aluminum - each rail is CNC-machined to precise tolerances and blue anodized for maximum performance and longevity.
