When We Ship:

- Our goal is to ship all in-stock items within 1 business day after you have placed your order.
- Orders placed by 3 p.m. Pacific Standard Time will be shipped the same day they are ordered. Orders placed after 3 p.m. will be shipped the following day, although every effort will be made to ship orders the same day they are placed (Monday thur Friday).
- Items not in stock will be shipped 1 business day after stocking, and will ship by selected shipping method from that date - No price adjustment will be made for the shipping charge as these items will still be shipped the method originally requested.
- You will be notified within one business day by e-mail if we are unable to fill your order.
- Please call Customer Service at 1-510-786-3550 if you have questions regarding this policy.
- Note: Shipping restrictions apply on products classified as Not UPS shippable. These items MUST ship by common freight carrier for a flat shipping rate of at least $50.00. A shipping quote will be sent to you via e-mail after the order has been reviewed.

Where We Ship:

We ship to all locations in the continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska. At present, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO) boxes. We do not ship internationally. |

Delivery Schedule:

UPS delivers Monday through Friday.
† Overnight orders placed before 3 p.m. on Fridays will not deliver on Saturday, but will arrive on Monday. |
